Why should I choose Cirus Hosting?

The basic question you're asking yourself anyway if you've landed here. Most hosting providers give you the same features with the same plans. Our focus is on realistic hosting. You get what you pay for and we don't overload our servers trying to do it.

To add to that, our support is top-notch, and we answer most support emails within about an hour. To be fair, not all of them get answered this quickly, but you get the idea.

We could go on about why you should choose us, but we feel that the best judge of that is you. Try us and see for yourself. If you're not completely satisfied with our services, we'll give you a full refund up to 30 days later.

Do you "oversell"?

Nope. You get what you ordered, plain and simple. You are free to do whatever you wish with your site (within reason...see our Terms of Service for specifics on that) and that means you're free to use your allocated disk space and bandwidth for whatever you want, including just letting some of it sit there. It's yours...period.



How do I use my existing domain with Cirus Hosting?

Simply sign up for a new plan using your existing domain name. You will need to configure the nameservers at your registrar to point to us.

Do you offer domain registration?

Yes. Cirus offers domain registration for .com, .net, and .org extensions. If you wish to use another extension, contact us and we'll be happy to work with you.

How can I add more disk space or bandwidth?

We recommend that instead of adding more disk space or bandwidth that you upgrade to a higher level plan as the price of adding disk space and/or bandwidth will be more expensive than the upgrade.
