We're thrilled that you'd like to host with us. To help you get started, we've created this guide to walk you through the steps for signing up.
First, you'll need to decide which plan you want. For an overview of our plans and features, check out our plans & features page.
Once you've decided on a plan, click the "sign up!" button below the plan prices, or just click here.
The first screen you'll come to is the selection of your hosting type. As we currently only offer shared hosting, click the submit button to continue.
The next screen is the domain selection screen. Though Cirus does not currently register domains, your new hosting account can work with any registrar you choose. Simply enter your chosen domain name, and click search, then click submit. (If you don't have a domain name yet, you can use this tool to check and see if the one you want is available. Just enter the domain name you want and click "search".)
The next screen is our main order form. You'll see the following:
Select Package: (Here you'll select which of our hosting packages you'd like. You can review and compare our plans at any time here.)
Billing Cycle: (The two options here are monthly or annually. There is no difference in price for whichever you choose, so it's up to you how you'd like to be billed.)
Account Information (Here you'll enter your personal details including name, email, phone number, address, city, state, zip code, etc. All of these fields except organization are required.)
Password: (Enter the initial password you'd like for your account.)
Access Code: (Enter the verification code EXACTLY as you see it. This helps ensure that we don't get signups from things that aren't people.)
Then, once you've filled out the form, click the submit button.
This will take you to our terms and conditions page, which you must accept before continuing. Once you've read and accepted the terms and conditions, click submit.
You will then be taken to our billing processor. You can pay with Paypal or a major credit card.
Click continue once you've entered all of the required information.
Follow the instructions provided by our billing partner.
Once you're finished, you should see the order complete page. Your order is now complete!
You will receive a welcome information with your account details after we have reviewed your order for accuracy. This helps us to ensure that the information is secure, and that you did, in fact, order the services. This process is done during normal business hours, and usually takes only minutes. Your account will be set up within 24 hours. If you do not receive your welcome email within 24 hours of signing up, contact us.
